We allow for a child that was born within 4 months of the cutoff date to play in that division.  

Examples(based on Spring 2015):

Teeball/Coach Pitch date range May 1st, 2009 through April 30th, 2010

Machine Pitch 1 date range is May 1st, 2008 through April 30th, 2009.

      - Your child was born June 16th, 2009.  Since the child was born within 4 months of April 30th, 2008, he/she is eligible to waive up into Machine Pitch 1 or stay in his/her natural division of Teeball/Coach Pitch.

      - Your child was born January 30th, 2009, Since the child was born within 4 months of May 1st, 2008, he/she is eligible to waive down into Teeball/Coach Pitch or stay in his/her natural division of Machine Pitch 1.

      - Your child was born September 25th, 2009.  Since this date is not within 4 months of a cutoff date, he/she is only eligible to play Teeball/Coach Pitch.
